does anybody have any source code in cobol which generator test data by taking copybook as a input?

Do you mean somehow parse the copybook definition and then randomly generate data records in that same format? If so, that would be rather tricky to do in any language, let alone Cobol. If instead you just meant write some test data per a copybook layout, you could do something like:
