Any ideas on what to write a users manual about?
I have to write a user manual for school but I cannot think of anything to write about. I need some ideas on topics I could write about.
I am not asking where I can go to copy a manual or for someone to write it for me. I am just asking for some topic ideas.
You could have a lot of fun with this one. Ranging from the mundane to the sublime to the fantastic. Some of the subjects that immeditely jumped into my head:
a soul
a bed
a balcony/patio
a rice cooker
a cell phone - one of the new ones with mulit media capabilities, or even one of the basic ones
a flower pot

Danny,Thank you. Why don’t you just learn a bit more about how to use the shell/Terminal? Try «man bcwipe», which will give you a Unix users manual page for bcwipe. The external drives are located at /Volumes in Mac OS X, so if you use the same commands, but on one of the volumes there, that should work.
